The Horseshoe Bend is certainly one of the most impressive views on Earth.

The Horseshoe Bend is a meander in the shape of a horseshoe that the Colorado River flows through and it is a viewpoint near Page and Antelope Canyon. If you are in the area you cannot miss it … We didn´t. This was one of the visits that Ruth had found during her exhaustive research. It is so accessible that we almost couldn´t believe it was just there. Of course there is a walk to get to it (about one kilometer), but we could hardly say that it was difficult, even for Noah.

The end of this trail leads to amazing scenery that we could have appreciated for hours and hours if Noah hadn’t been around.

Next stop, Glenn Canyon Recreational Area and the Lake Powell!
